About Michelle K. Schindler

Michelle K. Schindler concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, including trial and appellate litigation and arbitration. Michelle grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and started her legal career working for a large law firm in Chicago, Illinois. After seven years of practicing in Chicago, Michelle, her husband (Dieter Schindler) and their young daughter moved to the Roaring Fork Valley.

While in law school, Michelle was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team (Vienna, Austria) and a member of the Canada-United States Law Institute Niagara International Moot Court Team.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family.

I was very happy with Ms. Schindler's's representation and have already talked with her about continued representation if the problems from the past reemerge. I also appreciated Mr. Ferguson's help at first on recognizing a bully and offering his and Ms. Schindler's help with protection.

I have used Michelle for a lot of different work. She has helped us on SAAS Contracts, Lease Agreements and EULA's to name a few. She always provides prompt and excellent work for us in a timely manner. Our fast moving business is lucky to have an attorney like Michelle in our corner who is always willing to help us with items ranging from quick consultation to highly complex contracts is a major help.

Michelle is an excellent lawyer, very thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. After a three year process to correct a faulty installation by a contractor that appeared to be going nowhere Michelle was able to step in and help mitigate the situation. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone.
