Can the trustee lock me out of my fathers house?

Asked on Apr 08th, 2019 on Trusts and Estates - California
More details to this question:
I have been caring for my elderly father for 3 yrs along with my adult daughter. I have been living with him but still maintain my home in the bay area. My father passed and my sister is trustee. She has changed the locks on the doors so I cannot get my own things out.

If you have been living with him, you have all the rights of a tenant. She was required to give you 60 days notice to quit. If she did not, you can go to court against her. Hiring an attorney to notify her of your rights might be a good investment that shouldn't cost too much.
