How can the defendant prove being railroaded by the DA and the judge?

More details to this question:
How can judge establish trial date when defense hasn't seen all evidence and the case is not yet ready and still need handwriting experts?

It is not up to the defense to prove or disprove anything, it is up to the prosecution to prove your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The court can set a trial date but if you are not prepared or discovery is not yet complete, then it is up to you or your attorney to file a motion for an adjournment of trial or a motion to compel discovery.

After the defendant is in prison, the defendant can file complaints with judicial committee. You are not railroaded until you are in prison.
