Hired Attorney Nicholas Atterholt

Instead of calling or responding back to his clients he will ghost you. Not upfront and truthful regarding your options. He will bill you for things he either doesn’t do or doesn’t complete. He files his paperwork at the last minute and then the judge will refuse it, but guess what, you already paid him to do it, oh well. He will conspire your the other party side attorney and make a back door deal, all the while playing you along. Will definitely tell you what you want to hear. Don’t worry, no one holds him accountable so he will continue to practice in this manner. I would strongly advise to not consider him for your legal issues.

Hired Attorney Nicholas Atterholt

Unresponsive, doesn’t live up to his obligation and misses his own court dates. Lost my case and left me to lose my business instead. Skip this law firm. He will only give you promises he cannot keep.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
