The Moore Law Office was founded by George W. Moore, who began practicing law in Asheville in 1971. He has practiced since that time, providing comprehensive legal services including all phases of civil litigation with concentration in the areas of personal injury, family law and workers' compensation. Jennifer W. Moore joined the firm in 2000 after clerking for a year for the Honorable John C. Martin, Judge on the North Carolina Court of Appeals and a year with the Van Winkle Law Firm in Asheville. She concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, personal injury, nursing home negligence and criminal law.

The Moore Law Office is an established general practice law firm located in Asheville, North Carolina, serving clients throughout Western North Carolina, including the cities of Asheville and Waynesville and the counties of Buncombe, Haywood, Henderson, Madison and Transylvania. I was initially referred to Jennifer Moore regarding a complex custody case. During our consultation she took the time to hear all of my concerns, providing suggestions that I could easily understand. For a year and a half *during lockdown* she represented me. Jennifer and her team sifted through many hundreds of pages of personal information and other related documentation to find those key components to present to the court. We had numerous hearings that eventually culminated in a trial. Her legal expertise, ethical nature, eye for detail, straight-forward guidance, and overall dedication ultimately provided me with sole custody of my grandchild. I rehired her when I realized a modification would be necessary. Jennifer and her team knows my case better than I do, and I know there is no one more capable of doing the job. Jennifer & Flo were excellent to work with and were very thorough and professional throughout the entire course of my dilemma. They saw the case through from the very beginning to the end & beyond, and I won my case. Child custody is an extremely emotional roller-coaster, and they were very good and making sure emotions did not dictate actions & decisions. In court, Jennifer was excellent at calling the other party out for not telling the truth, which is something that is often overlooked in family court. She trained me effectively on how to handle cross-examination and what to do and, most importantly, not to do in the courtroom. Instead of me trying to expose every fault of the other party, she kept me focused solely on the goal at hand: winning.

Hired Attorney Ms. Jennifer Moore

Ms. Moore won a family law case for me that I expected to lose. She is a consummate professional in the courtroom, yet explained processes and concepts clearly to me in laymen's terms. I found it very easy to reach her via email (avoids the "I'm in a meeting" routine), and her office staff responded quickly when processing files and paperwork.
