I was given Jack's name from a friend that said he was one of the best lawyers in Asheville. Jack did not disappoint! I met with Jack to see if he would be willing to take my case. I felt so comfortable talking to him. After he heard my story, he agreed to take my case to a jury trial and go to work for me. He kept me informed through the process and I never had a problem picking up the phone and making contact with him or his staff. When we got to court, I had such a peace once I saw how Jack interacted in the court room. It was evident that he was a veteran lawyer and his experience was going to be in my favor. After 3 hard days in the court room, the jury came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty. I am so thankful that I chose Jack Stewart to represent me. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, he would be my first choice! Thanks Jack!

Mr. Stewart is concerned about 2 things-himself and his bank account. He is not concerned about you or others that may be affected by his performance as a lawyer. He did nothing for my case, to the contrary, he made things worse. I'm not sure how he has managed to stay a lawyer this long (he does have a reprimand on file) but you have been warned. I am still dumbfounded by the way he handled my case, it was as if he just got out of law school. Do not hire this man, there are too many other lawyers that will do your case justice.
