An outstanding litigator with no deficiencies
As an original Ukrainian, I have no prior knowledge of the rules and laws of this country. The only rule I know is to I live by to ALWAYS be honest, no matter where you go. My case involved a breach of fiduciary responsibility on the part of my dual broker that I was deceived by, a major NC state real estate company, and a seller who conspired with the broker to commit the fraud to steal my money. I spent over two years going through hell and surviving in conditions that no one should have to endure. This caused me psychological trauma from which I will always bear the scars. Unfortunately, NC is one of the states which do not provide compensation for psychological pain and suffering, but Edd did his best to recover some of my money so I could move on with my life. In the past, I have heard so many times from people that they don't trust attorneys this days anymore, and that's probably true, but it is not the case with Edd. I hired Ed Bleynat to file a motion to compel my HOA to provide its financial records as required under N.C. law. I had read very positive reviews of him and he came highly recommended. The HOA had been stonewalling my previous attorney for many months so I was explicit it was time to ask the court to enforce the law. Simply, after five months Ed Bleynat never drafted the motion despite my having essentially drafted the content. I terminated his so called services.
