Hired Attorney Edward L. Bleynat, Jr.

I hired Ed Bleynat to file a motion to compel my HOA to provide its financial records as required under N.C. law. I had read very positive reviews of him and he came highly recommended. The HOA had been stonewalling my previous attorney for many months so I was explicit it was time to ask the court to enforce the law. Simply, after five months Ed Bleynat never drafted the motion despite my having essentially drafted the content. I terminated his so called services.
