Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Browne saved my license and was very professional. I hired him because I was told he was the best. I was not disappointed.
Charlie Browne has kept points off my auto insurance and helped me keep my rates low.
I was not happy at all with the services of Mr. Brown. When we first met he was quick talker, and made notes. When time for trial he didn't try to get me more time for fines, didn't tell me he was pleading guilty in my behalf. I had no previous record. I had never even had speeding ticket after 30 years of driving. I was also not informed of a fee I needed money for that day. He simply said I should have told you that sorry.
It’s story time, children. Once upon a time (in the late 1980s and through the mid 1990s) Mr. Charlie Browne successfully represented a gentleman in at least four of his most egregious offenses, including a three digit speeding offense and at least one competition to compete (drag racing). Fast forward: This same driver, operating a fully loaded gravel truck (at a speed in excess of 80 mph in a 55 on a blind curve) crashed into a vehicle carrying my mother and two aunts on June 27, 2000. All three were fatalities. I never held animosity toward the driver, but rather the system that enabled the him to keep driving toward the inevitable. D.A.s, defense attorneys and judges in three adjacent counties are the ones who killed my family. The end.
Horrible attorney... took my money and diddnt help me at all. I went to Charlie because some friends and family said that he was the best. Well i disagree. CB was rude and anal when he did talk to me. Also the first thing he talked about was equity distribution. I went in for a consultation and the same day paid the full retaining fee for him to defend me in during a nasty divorce. Months would go by and i never herd anything ever from them. Id have to call and ask for a status update amd everytime there was there was no progress. in the meantime my ex and her attorney were pressing hard to send me through the ringer. As time was slipping away my trust in charlie was failing due to being sued and not getting my children as i should. so i called again.. 6 months into my case and still nothing. i tell them id like my retaing refund back since they dont think my case was important. The lady on the phone got nasty with me. dont think ill be getting a dime back. Waste of time and $. No *.
