Hired Attorney

Did not work as a lawyer . He was assigned guardian ad litem by Sevier county in child custody case. The follow up he was required to do with the children did not occur as it should have for him to be accounted as knowledgeable of the children’s actual circumstances. The decision was based on bias more than facts and sincere care, in my opinion. The calls and meetings would be scheduled by the defendants for there was hardly ever any scheduled and not cancelled/rescheduled by Mr Tinkes. The. When court came he was more opinionated by plaintiffs (divorce/custody) wants/needs than actual facts that were not considered or verified. Resulting in custody lost by the mother however, with better legal representation, regained 1.5 years later. The children should not have suffered that movement when during the 17 month divorce trial, the plaintiff had custody and no ill will findings, just strategic legal system by the defendant and his team, this includes Mr. Tinkes and Mickey Buchannan.2021
