The ridiculous Mr. Ferguson showed every evidence of drawing out our probate for as long as possible, demanding that my family submit lists of wished-for items from the estate in question, while failing to gather or provide information regarding its contents in a way that would make that feasible. He then called to harangue me for declining to participate in arguing over any assets, offering the bizarre perspective that my doing so placed a 'burden' upon the trustees (also beneficiaries with wishes of their own) to 'figure out' what I wanted - despite the fact that I'd been given no catalogue - and averring that that 'what families usually do' is submit wish lists and 'go back and forth' indefinitely; a situation, I pointed out, from which Mr. Ferguson ALONE stood to benefit financially. He repeatedly demanded I explain to him personally WHY I felt this non-contentious stance was best - as if the estate should be paying his fees to have his own curiosity satisfied. Escalated conflict
