Jonson, PC, I have worked tirelessly for over 27 years to provide my clients with the customized legal strategies and defense they need to face their present legal issues. After evaluating your case, I will discuss your options according to the law and the potential pros and cons of each scenario available based on your circumstances.

I help Colorado families and individuals reach agreements on family law issues and defend their rights when facing criminal matters. My goal is to address your current issues so you can focus on building a new life for yourself and your loved ones.

I can’t say enough good things about how Nick represented me after my divorce. I wasn’t sure where to turn, and I’m so glad I found Nick. He helped so much during an incredibly difficult time in my life. Nick is intelligent and experienced. He knows the law, he knows the courts, and he knows how to represent his clients. His background in finance was critical, as he was able to analyze all of the financial data and fight for me to get every dollar I deserved. Nick is timely and responsive. Not only did he respond promptly to my emails, he worked tirelessly to ensure deadlines in the court case were met as well. His attention to detail is unmatched. Nick is a fact finder. Motion after motion, he sought out facts in the case and then went about organizing them into clear, concise, and legally sound responses that ultimately led to a ruling in my favor on all counts. Truly incredible! In a legal battle, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else in my corner fighting for me!
