Mr. DiGiacomo and his staff care about you and your well-being. I really felt that he and his staff advocated for me in a fair, firm and compassionate way. They all worked hard to obtain a good result for me during a difficult emotional time. In fact, he negotiated and got for me more than I was originally wanting. He was really knowledgeable, but always explained things in clear, easy to understand language and didn't overload me with legalese. I recommend him highly.
It didn't seem to take long for a settlement to be reached, but it has taken more than two weeks to get the check from the insurance company. The company says they mailed the check before I signed the final agreement. I wish he would press a little harder to get the check to me.
