The Erlich Law Office is dedicated to offering aggressive, effective legal advice. Our primary focus is employment and civil rights litigation, but we also handle a variety of other litigation and transactional matters.

Hired Attorney Joshua Erlich

My previous attorney suddenly left his practice, and my case after nine years of litigation, and I was lucky enough to find Mr. Erlich to pick up where he left off after months of searching. Not only did he find a solution to my case within a month, which my previous attorney couldn't do in nine years, but he even stuck around after my previous attorney put a lean against the settlement. He is an incredible attorney and a genuinely good person, and I am truly grateful I found him and his firm!

Hired Law Firm

I am VERY pleased with this firm and Joshua Erlich, they exceeded my expectations from the first timely reply about a consult, to the last step of the process. The fee was reasonable (I was a waitress, to help you get an idea of my budget) and he was there to help me out whenever I needed a question answered. He worked hard for me and I would call him for ANY other legal issues in a heartbeat. I contacted this law office and it had no reviews- I was so impressed I had to leave one!

Hired Attorney Joshua Erlich

I was very impressed with Josh, and I don't think I could have found a better attorney. Josh is not only courteous and professional, but also extremely easy to talk to (even with a matter involving sensitive issues). {para}He patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns, and expressed a genuine interest in understanding my legal issue and advocating effectively for my interests. I am very pleased I had a chance to work with Josh, and would certainly recommend him to others.

Hired Law Firm

Initially convinced me my initial lawyers were immoral and for me to report them to the board.. then cost me triple the money to beg mr Erlich to read the file, respond and meet deadlines and in the end respect my decision and act on my behalf. His female partner was excellent but he controls her. I fired him from representing me or interacting with me since the female was an equal partner.. he didn’t even respect that. I was bullied by Mr Erlich to the point where I was ready to settle my case to be done with his ego and ignorance. He blocked my ability to transfer lawyers. And literally just tried to shame me into settling by quoting what the corporate lawyer said.. with 0 knowledge of the facts. Mr Erlich takes advantage of women who are in positions of weakness. He was more damaging than opposing counsel. I regret my choice to have a call with Mr Erlich every single day.
