Hired Attorney Jay Pelkofer

I worked with Jay for a landlord-tenant issue and he did an excellent job. Highly recommend him. I called around and his rates plus response time were the best. Being my first lawsuit, I was nervous about the process but he sat down with me, asked me the right questions, and focused the issue to present it to court. He was able to focus testimony and questions to exactly what the judge wanted to know. If I have a future issue, I will definitely hire him again.

Hired Attorney Jay Pelkofer

I used Mr. Pelkofer's services for a dispute regarding rental security deposit. Mr. Pelkofer went above and beyond his duties in helping me deal with a litigious and unreasonable landlord. In my dealings with him, his knowledge and experience in matters like these was clearly evident. I highly recommend him for rental and real estate attorney services.

Mr. Pelkofer made a Landlord/Tenant issue easier and has continued to offer services towards being compensated for owed rent. His expertise has made a difficult circumstance easier to deal with.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
