I came to them to seek counsel in what my husband and I should do, since we had a good bit of debt between the both of us and we were considering filing bankruptcy. I had thought about bankruptcy before, but the two previous place we went to where not very helpful. They were extremely friendly and educated us on a lot of things we did not know about filing bankruptcy. We are almost a year in now, and still grateful that we went to them when we did.
They were gracious to take over my unfinished bankruptcy case from an attorney in California who had previously helped me get my bankruptcy going, but we moved back to Texas before we were able to complete the bankruptcy and Mr Weaver was gracious enough to handle our bankruptcy for the amount of money we were refunded from our previous attorney. thank you very much for the service and attention to detail. We stuck with it and now we're finally seeing the light at the end of this tunnel. Thx!!
great attorney, they asked me to look them up online and submit a review if I was grateful. okay, yes, i am more than grateful. I feel honored to have met them. They are caring people. Its good to see that now a days. Without them I would still be going through this issue alone.
they've been patient with me, i just wish i didn't have to be so patient with the process. they guided me through paperwork. even let me take the credit counseling on a laptop in their office. very accommodating. thanks!
Very professional, helpful, and he's just ... nice. I guess I expected to be a bit more nervous about working with a lawyer, I think he could tell that i was high strung and helped calm my nerves. Thank you very much Rick!
