Hired Attorney Mr. Mike McLarty

Mr. McLarty was very efficient and knowledgeable in the area of family law that I needed help with. He was able to quickly draft the papers we needed and was good about giving me suggestions on what I should consider in the drafts. My only complaint is that I felt he was a bit rude during one consultation. I know he is busy, but I wish he could have been a little more considerate and polite in dealing with my then 2-year old son who had to come to the office with me. Would still recommend.

Hired Attorney Mr. Mike McLarty

I will never forget him. I was the defendant in a lawsuit. His client was a woman who sued me. It went to jury trial, which I won. Mr. McLarty destroyed me for over two years with constant threatening lettters and other intimidation tactics. I was just a single, young woman of modest income at the time. If you hire him, rest assured that he will make every effort to destroy the person with whom you are at odds. He will represent you like no other. He has no qualms or empathy for the opposing side. What he did to me as an attorney was probably legal, but I have to say that it took me years to recover emotionally. If you are out for blood, hire him to represent you. (That is the only lawsuit I have ever been involved in).

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
