He was late in returning calls sometimes more than a week. He also promised us many times that he would get to our case "soon". He never delivered what he promised to do. We finally asked for our retainer back,to which he complied, but cost us 9 months of angst and sleepless nights. He should be ashamed of himself for his deceitfulness.
