Fred Wilf is the founder and managing partner of Wilftek, bringing over 30 years of experience to aid his clients' success. His journey into technology law began in college, where his fascination with the technology zeitgeist led him to work as a programmer to fund his legal education. Recognizing early on the profound impact of information technology on every facet of life and business, Fred embarked on a law career focused on technology at a time when such specialization was rare outside Silicon Valley. He was fortunate to be mentored by pioneering technology attorneys, and for over three decades, he has been paying it forward by mentoring legal professionals at the intersection of technology, intellectual property, and business. His extensive legal acumen spans various industries, including healthcare, chemicals, and electronics, guiding clients through the entire technology lifecycle. In addition to his transactional work, Fred serves as an arbitrator in business, technology, and intellectual property disputes. He has edited and contributed to legal treatises, volunteered with legal associations, and actively participates in continuing legal education. Fred is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, as well as several federal court Bars.
