I appreciate the one on one you get with John Colbert. The paralegal to the receptionist are so kind and informative. They all work together very well. They always all seem to know what is going on with (my) case when I call. It is nice thought to actually have the lawyer call you, that makes a big difference. Then you realize you are not just another file on his paralegal's desk. He and his staff know the law, and I have been 100% satisfied every time ! Worth every dollar!
I have used Colbert Law for my workers comp and I am now using him for my social security. I feel that his agency will get a better review from my in the future, but I only rated him on the previous workers comp case, where one of his staff wasn't very helpful and has since been replaced. The current staff I am working with on both cases are much more helpful and responsive. Colbert as a lawyer himself is very skilled with the knowledge given to him by his staff in the court room.
