I moved down to Florida back in February. Heard of this law firm from a my neighbor who retained them to probate his mother’s estate in Charlotte County. Pleased to find their office in Lake Suzy. I retained Eugene Waldron to revise my estate planning documents to comply with Florida law. Clearly incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure working with.
This office provided extremely poor legal service. I experienced 17months of horrible communication, poor follow up & zero accountability. Their costs are NOT transparent and are very high. I ended up hiring new council to handle my simple probate process and firing The Eugene E. Waldron Jr. P.A. Law Group! unfortunately I already paid them thousands of dollars for a INCOMPLETE job. Consumer BEWARE!
