If you want to hire an attorney and have that attorney do the easiest thing to do for him to earn his fees, "butters his own bread" by appeasing the opposing council, because he's trying to establish connection for himself in his own career, not following his clients instructions, doesn't communicate or respond to his client in imminent situations, doesn't inform of court dates until the last minute, doesn't inform of cancelled court dates, addresses issues with pressure minutes before court/deadline, violates attorney/client privilege, responds/acts after fact, unprepared, this is the guy for you! This guy plays a game of grey ethics to juice fees; doesn't communicate; doesn't respond. He will keep working case, pushing clerical pencil, to keep client in the dark until last second; then dump the case having done nothing factual to support a positive outcome. Creates problems to.solve. If you are an aged person or have a disability stear clear! He will take advantage of you!
This clown is so desperate for business and money they sue their clients they sued me! trashy parking lot. Their liers not lawyers. As soon as they get your retainer they tack time by calling texting emails to use up the money. Worst experience! I reported them to the The state bar for further investigating him. Short term businessman i wouldn't recommend.
I hired Lawrynk to represent me in a ROW dispute. He doesn't fight for his client, he allows opposition say whatever they want and does nothing to defend his client. After 2 years Lawrynk informed me I would not get a fair trial and he quit right before trial. This left me to defend myself, which did not end well. I paid him the balance of his bill. Apparently Lawrynk did not like the review I left and I discovered when a client asked about my review he put in writing to his client details about my case and outright lied. He said I had not paid my bill. I also discovered in March of 2022 that Lawrynk never recorded a quit claim deed that I had him draw up for me in 2018. Had this been recorded, the judge and title company would have seen it and my court case may have turned out differently. I might still be living in my house. Lawrynk admitted that he never recorded it, he said he would refund the money I had paid for the deed. Over 3 months later and still have not received the money.
It is our belief and our opinion below regarding Attorney Michael D Lawrynk, State Bar 1025075. We were charged $13,723.15 for everything he did and didn’t do which we feel are a lot of wrong charges to us. He looked up Supreme and Appeal cited cases that we didn’t give him permission. We only gave him permission to look up 3 cited cases for us. He looked up 44 cited cases, in which from our investigation 30 of those cases have nothing to do with our case, nor could these cases be used in our case, nor did we give permission. Also 30 of those cited cases were not included anywhere in our lawsuit defense. Of the 14 left over that were used in our case, 4 of those had to do with Foreclosure, but should have not been included in our case because the Frivolous Lawsuit said we paid in full, so the law speaks for itself in saying the seller cannot Foreclose if paid in full…&lots MORE . See our Facebook Review on the Facebook page Gabert Williams Konz & Lawrynk for a more detailed review.
