When I was charged with two felonies and four misdemeanors and facing a maximum of 30 years in prison, my first attorney told me flat out there was no way I wouldn't be convicted of at least one felony. I went in for a second opinion with John and ended up retaining him. He was prompt, showed up to every appearance in person, answered or returned every one of my numerous phone calls I made to him. And best of all, negotiated a deferred judgement for me on the felonies. He did was I was told would not be possible. I am now a few years of good behavior away from not being a felon. Thank you John.

I was being prosecuted for coming to the aid of another person and had never been in trouble like this before. I caught 2 misdemeanor that would completely derail my planned employment future as result. JMC met with me in person immediately not passing it off on a paralegal and saw that I was not what you would call a bad guy. Simply someone being railroaded by the police because of them not doing their job and actually getting the full story and believing 2 people that lied just to avoid Domestic Violence charges of their own. I would have been completely screwed as I had no knowledge of the other 911 calls that showed that they had lied and pointed the finger at me. My future would have been over if it hadn't been for JMC. He found the other callers and got all my charges dismissed! If you want a bull dog lawyer that will fight for you as if he was for himself then call him. All he asks is that your honest with him and show up when you need to.
