Mr. Kingsbury was very understanding of our situation and treated us very respectfully. Very knowledgable and professional. He gave us just the right enough time to adjust to what we were going through yet kept the process moving forward.
Very satisfied with the service provided.
I believed that he was overly concerned about charging for as many services that he could charge for even though they should have been included in the retainer.
Mr. Kingsbury filed my Chapter 13 case due to IRS taxes in 2020. I am on a commission based sales job and obviously the economy has changed since. I am no longer able to make my payments and sent a email asking if we could file a amendment. I never received a response. I called 2 days later and got a message that he retired and can longer help with any cases. A bit shocked as I would think he would have sent out a letter notifying his clients and or giving them a referral to another attorney. 2 days later I find a new number for him, he answered like he normally does, I asked him if he was retired, he sounded like he was hiding something. I said your VM said you retired?. He mumbled something and I asked who he could refer me to. Very disappointing, considering he charged $13k to file my case.
