Probably the worst outcome we could have imagined due to the worst management of the mediation process by a non-talent, unskilled mediator that might have been on her lunch break from her real job. Unclear, unfocused, not strategic and completely contrary to best practice.
She did not mediate, she took the other parties side and let the session devolve into unproductive dialogue of things that were proven wrong. Ignored best practices, denied me state minimum parenting time or even the opportunity to discuss state minimum- as a no violence, no drug, no crime record father - she did a great job of supporting the mother Run away from this terrible excuse for a mediator
Terrible experience with mediation. She focused the mediation on facts that were all dismissed in court and built the mediation around that. It failed. It cost me thousands of dollars and cost me time with my kids. She has no clue what she is doing. Instead of focusing on the kids and the future of parenting time she let the mediation get hijacked and she showed clear bias to the other client. We should have focused looking forward and not gotten tied up with discarded, non-important facts. She is not a good mediator and should not be licensed to do such.
Terrible experience with her. She completely tore apart any chance of a relationship that I could have ever had with my daughter. I had an extreme case of parental alienation with my daughter mother. She had been putting things in my head about me he whole life. I found this in all of the texts they exchanged over the years. I had all of the documentation and proof to show her that this had been happening for years. She did not look over any of my documentation and took the words of a severely manipulated 15 year old girl. I wanted therapy so we could work through our issues and Dana insisted it was too late. She couldn't help our situation because my daughter was too old. she took 3-6 months to get back to us with her responses. Please for your family please do not use this women. I have lost everything because of her. I thought she was going to be the solution to help my family but that was not the case at all.
Very unprofessional. VERY bias. Quick to judgment without facts. You will regret hiring her.
She is not a neutral person at all . Slow to respond and biased . I really made a huge mistake of hiring her . There is no peace of mind and she ridiculed me even though I was not at fault. She will not write facts , but nonsense in her reports. Very unreliable . Cannot trust her . She should not be practicing ADR and ruin people's life like she did to me.
