He provided a complete "Lease to Own" contract in a timely manner, although we thought his fees were on the high side.
Chelsea is not fit to be a guardian at Leitem. She puts her feelings for the parents before the best interest of the children. She does not even have children herself so I’m not sure how she can be in that position.. very crooked and ignores the children’s wishes.
Do NOT get Chelsea for a GAL.. She never had a child herself so she goes off a "checklist" and ignores the best interest of the children. Takes cases even though there is a conflict of interest.......
Do not hire for a family case. Before I paid him he said he could help me with my custody case. I needed him to protect my children from their violent and abusive father. As soon as I paid him his focus was just getting my divorce done as quick as possible with no concern for my childrens safety. Instead of protecting my children he did the opposite. I now have to hire a different lawyer to do the job he failed to do. My children's lives are still at risk.
