Trudy Phillips is an outstanding attorney. She is professional, compassionate, and truly fights for her clients. She guided me through a very difficult custody case with confidence and care, and I always felt supported. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a dedicated family law attorney.
Excellent lawyer! No conviction. Highest professionalism. Difficult to get on the phone, though. Appeared to have too many clients at the same time.
People claim she’s so good “the best” but from experience she terrible. Doesn’t put the time into your case. Makes the client do all the leg work instead of doing the job you hire her to for. Doesn’t even look at your case or any evidence until time for court. Makes you believe she’s going to handle things one way “we are asking for this… but will not settle for less than this” “If they don’t agree to our terms, we will go to trial” BUT, soon as you get to court she doesn’t fight or keeps the standards she led you to believe she was going to fight for. She wants your money and then to compromise and settle in the end. If the other parent didn’t agree there were no counter offers it was just off the table. Did not fight for me at all, actually pushed me to settle and take a lot less than I ever wanted to. There were no counters or compromises at once I felt like she was representing the other parent instead of me.
