They do a great job. Always on top of things. They do a review before you sign paperwork. Yes at times there are mistakes but that is because of someone in his office that I feel is trying to sabotage his business and he needs to get rid of that person. But we had no problems.
Mr. Thompson and his staff were friendly, helpful on short notice and patient. They handled my case professionally they were friendly. That usually helps when one is going through Chap 7 or 13 because all the creditors are mean and it helps to hear a friendly voice sometimes.{para}I rate Mr. Thompson's office at an overall "4". His Law Firm is very disorganized and their customer service is horrible. They wait until the last minute to do things or ask for information the day before it is needed. They don't give you a chance to prepare things.

Do not go with this law firm. I am not an angry client, but I am disappointed and pissed off with this firm. This is not my first time using this firm but my last and I would highly recommend not going with this firm. They don't communicate well. They took my money and a year and a half late I still have gotten any resolution. It doesn't take a year and a half to file a case. My case was dismissed and closed of no fault of my own but poor work on the firm's part. Now they will not answer my phone calls nor emails. The someone always sick or in the hospital the excuses I get. All I want is my money back. I was told by Upper Malboro Court to go to the Greenbelt court house and file a complaint which i will be doing in the morning. Cheaper is not always best when you need to get things done. I am warning you dont use this firm you will regret it. I do.
