We hired Dan on July 2014 to do a foreclosure on a delinquent note in Maryland. The foreclosure sale was in Feb, 20015. However, till this date we have not gotten the title. Why?{para}He was not thorough in his work. He did not send the proper notices to the parties (in this case, to the environmental agency). He kept saying that sale was in the process of being ratified as late as September. But then he disappeared. No more communication from him. We hired another firm to completed the foreclosure.
