Bagley & Rhody is a boutique law firm focusing on estates, trusts, and business-related matters. Our firm is built on the fundamental principle of family first. We help individuals, families, and business in Anne Arundel County, and throughout the State of Maryland, with all facets of estates and trusts matters, from estate planning, administration, and litigation, as well as business related matters.

We understand that most of our practice areas involve sensitive and personal matters, and we strive to create compassionate, creative, and effective representation of each client for their particular matter, which it be implementation of an estate plan; setting up, running, or selling a business; administering an estate or trust; or representation in a contested estate and trust related matter.

I was co personal representative with my sister for my mothers estate. Her will was somewhat complex. Bagley & Rhody led us through the process with a lot of support. Every situation we incurred the responses were excellent. Special thanks to Victoria Lucido for her guidance and professionalism.

Hired Attorney Matthew Ballard

He did not disclose his fees and we did not ask. We assumed it was a complementary initial meeting. ( We never hired an attorney before.) What a surprise when we received a bill for almost $1,000. He did reduce it somewhat when we questioned a lot of the charges. Just make sure you ask about fees upfront, because he will not disclose it to you. Now we know to ask.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
