Straight forward, efficient, and very competent.
Being a single father, and seeking sole custody was not an easy or common task, Allen guided me through the entire process and informed me of possible and likely outcomes along the way. He was always quick to return phone calls even on Sundays and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Allen always had my interest in hand and was able to get me exactly what I wanted and deserved. Highly recommended and has my business for life!
Mr. Kruger's representation was uniformly professional, responsive, timely, measured and thoughtful. His depth and breadth of experience were especially evident in the clear way he explained his legal advice and his ability to very quickly craft a legal strategy that addressed my needs. He was the only attorney I consulted who could figure out how to split complicated joint assets and resolve competing concerns. He and his staff were always available to assist me and answer questions.
Allen handled a difficult divorce case for me in a very professional and efficient manner. I would recommend him for any divorce case but especially the high conflict type case. He did an outstanding job of ensuring the good decisions were made even in a very emotionally charged environment.
Mr. Kruger advised me poorly. Upon receiving my letter requesting that he move forward with divorce proceedings since he had previously made clear to me that I did have grounds to do so, not having to wait the normally required one year. I would regret this during the long wait that I suffered through while my husband continued to openly live with another woman. My attorney also failed to "mediate" on my behalf. Upon stating my proposals, he would only state, "Well, they said they don't agree."
We lost our case which was one Mr. Kruger had told us it would be a "slam dunk." I do not feel as though he was prepared enough for our case and felt during the hearing he was disorganized with his thoughts. He would jump from one topic to the next if the judge didn't agree with him.
