Betina Schlossberg was our attorney and she was a major disappointment. The firm was recommended highly so perhaps overall it is good, but she was not.
Very unprepared, did not seem to be familiar with the process and did not discuss things with me ahead of time. Sat there like a log during mediation and did not advocate for me. I would not recommend this firm.
Had a horrible and severely traumatizing experience with him. I should have won my case with no issues and I didn’t because of his negligence and lack of communication with me. My case was an easy case to win with all of the documentation that I had that he didn’t use for whatever reason? I question if he was working for the defense? I’m suffering daily because of this outcome and I don’t understand why he didn’t fight for me better. It’s not his name that’s getting attacked online, it’s mine, because of his negligence. I shouldn’t have to suffer daily for his mistakes that could have been easily corrected. I should have represented myself. I regret the day I ever retained him. How he handled my case is causing me lifelong damages to my career, my name and my life.
The lawyer, Martin Bodnar, was supposed to look over a real estate contract prior to a sale of our Michigan home. He said he looked it over and it was done correctly and looked good to him. After that, we discovered an entire section that said "if yes, please explain below" and that was missed by Martin. Quite a few things were not done well and we will not be recommending them to anyone.
