We hired Michael to handle my wife's immigration paperwork, starting with the initial filing and continuing through a successful appeal to the BIA of an initial rejection due to my AWA status. Our case was difficult and he was always honest with us about our chances - but he also never gave up; we won and now my wife has her green card. Michael is direct, honest, fair, and most of all he really seems to care about his clients. I believe that if a case can be won, Michael will win it.

Michael was the first lawyer my husband and I approached for guidance and we were very lucky in finding him. From our interactions in our first meeting with Michael we both felt we trusted him enough to hire him for help through the remaining immigration process. He seemed very knowledgeable about the legal aspects of the process and it meant a lot to us that he is fluent in Spanish. Even after the process has ended successfully, my husband and I both still carry his business card just in case!

Michael Carlin is an excellent Lawyer. He did proper research and gave clear and precise information to my husband and I when he was in our employ. It was not all about the money for him.
