Eby Conner Smillie & Bourque, PLLC is a law firm established in 1968 with an office in Ann Arbor, MI. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing alternative dispute resolution, business law, civil litigation in state and federal courts and 22 other areas of law.
I dealt with Mr. Smillie due to an issue where a member of our subdivision was delinquent on HOA dues. Mr. Smillie drafted a letter to the residents and the residents finally paid. Mr. Smillie was pleasant to talk to, very helpful, and very knowledgeable.
I was simply calling in for some general advice about a landlord-tenant case. Tom was very patient and honest.
He told me that the money he was going to charge me is probably not as much as I can get from the case. So he said he was not going to take the case. However, he gave me some very educational and valuable advice on the case. He was so nice and I am really surprised that he did offer me some useful advice for free. I have not met him yet, but I believe that he is a very decent attorney.
Very responsive
Documents are not done right the first time. He Has a very hard time representing two people that own an organization. He represents only one persons issues and not the other.
