I was very impressed with Mark Hopper. He put in the effort when needed and when faced with dirty tricks by the opponent to delay and then swamp us with work the day before the deposition, Mark put in the extra effort to be ready! While not the cheapest firm in town, Mark only billed those hours actually worked making for a good value as well. (5 minute bill for a 5 minute phone call....not 15 minutes or a half hour!)

Michael Milliman was not timely at responding, failed to spend the time to address my questions fully (was unhappy if I questioned "boiler plate" terms and wanted changes to fit my specific facts and circumstances, because that would cause more work), failed to do a proper final review of my executed documents to ensure nothing was omitted or inaccurate.
