Hired Attorney John Minock

I am writing this review to express my utmost gratitude and humble admiration for the legal services provided by John Minock, whom I confidently assert to be the best attorney I have ever spoken to or encountered (and I've had 5 attorneys handling 3 separate, but simultaneous felony cases). As far as results, they speak for themselves. I'll never forget the prosecutor looking at me and saying, 'You're lucky you have John on your side; he really fought hard for you.' John was my lead counsel and effectively guided my other attorneys in my other two cases; all three federal cases averaged roughly 60 months of time each. As a direct result of John's genius and dedication, I ended up serving a total of 11 months and and 6 days (two cases served concurrently), and in the third and last case, the judge let me walk and gave me one day, you just had to be there to believe it. Minock is the attorney you want by your side. I owe you a debt of gratitude John, God bless you and your family!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
