Berry Moorman Professional Corporation is a law firm established in 1926 with an office in Ann Arbor, MI. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing general civil practice, corporate law, business law and 25 other areas of law.
David has negotiated two buy in agreements for me for a medical practice. He has a vast fund of knowledge and experience with health care contracts and made it a very smooth process each time. David took a deep dive into understanding the current situation at hand and then came up with proactive solutions and got the job done. He has a great way of knowing when to push forward and when to reconsider certain terms or provide creative alternatives, and in the end I felt that I would not have been able to negotiate as effectively without his expertise.
