Very easy to talk to. Indiana office is NOT handicap accessible, which I found out the hard way. Almost fell on stairs but I made it. I won’t go back to that office but would see him at his Bryan office. Just a warning to those like me!
Not as professional as I had hoped ... but got the results I needed and did not keep bugging me -
Only called back with responses when i would call 20 times a day, very slow in contacting you or keeping you up to date with things going on! Didn't have all paperwork for court that he needed even though he requested them multiple times from us! Late for discharge meeting with trustee, very unprofessional in my opinion. Only thing he got right was my license reinstatement but never contacted me to let me know it was taken care of, I had to contact DMV.
