A year after my mother’s death my sister was still refusing to produce mother’s original will. Mom died at 97 of Senile Dementia. I knew mom had been persuaded to change her Power of Attorney & Executer from myself to my sister. Taking my sister to court forced her to produce the will. Unfortunately by that time all of Mom’s funds were gone and only her home remained in the estate. Ms. Rivera guided me through everything & I am extremely greatful. She was readily available to me and promptly returned my calls. My sister was unable to enjoy much of Moms money as she too died shortly afterwards & Ms Rivera helped me once again. This time with my sisters estate. (Sister listed a complete stranger as benificiary on Mom’s remanding funds)
