Very in-responsive, takes forever for him to return a call. Does everything at his pace and always last minute. I used him for a house-purchase, he had two month to do all the paperwork, but two-day before closing, while I had moving truck right at my door, he told me there is a paperwork issue he couldn't solve. And guess what is his suggestion? give up on this house and ask me to pay him more for all the "extra work"
