The research I did before hiring David turned out to be accurate. He is a good communicator and easy to work with. David handled several instances in which the opposing counsel was being completely unreasonable, and it was a relief to not have to worry about those things myself. That, in itself, was worth the money spent. I've worked with other attorneys in the past, and David would be my first recommendation.

I had an exceptional experience working with David. Divorce in itself is very difficult but David was knowledgeable, caring and helped guide me throughout the process. Even during my own heated moments, he remained understanding and patient. I'm happy to have worked with him and even happier that me and my children can finally move on. 10/10 would recommend!

David was amazing through an incredibly frustrating and long child support modification case. The case went to trial and then an appeal after the opposing side lost. David had to communicate with a very difficult opposing side that took extra time, unnecessary filings and extensive correspondence. David remained professional and continued his fight and ultimately won the money my daughter deserved. Best in Wichita!

I was fighting my case being out of state, David took it on and started helping me the very next day after I contacted him. It was a long battle and he did everything he could for me throughout the entire process and won. Highly highly recommend. Would most definitely go back to him going forward with any legal matter.

I tried to handle my divorce on my own, but I didn’t know where to start.. I called David Hawley and he made my uncontested divorce so quick and painless! I thought it would take longe, but was pleasantly surprised! He listened to what I wanted to put in the divorce and helped make it as painless as possible😊 Having a 4yr old and going through a divorce is rough, I’m so glad he made it easy.
