After an exhaustive search to find a competent and experienced Estate Planning Attorney a friend recommended Clark and I have to say that he exceeded all expectations. He has a very caring manner and addressed our needs with the upmost integrity and his skillset was ideal for out estate planning needs. We met with 6 attorneys besides Clark and I can say with no hesitation that he was the right Attorney for us. If you need anything in the arena of Trust or Estate Planning I can recommend him without any hesitation. His fees were also more than fair.
Worked with an attorney there who would sit and tell us his personal stories - long ones, then bill us for them. Never got any resolution. Every time we met with him, he said he had to "research" the issue. Read this as a way to run up the billings. 2nd time we came in for a meeting, he had not reviewed anything and could not remember our first meeting, so we had to go over everything again, which of course he billed us for.
