She was requested to be placed as Guardian ad Litem in my divorce trial. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and cared about the well being of the children. I would absolutely recommend to anyone
Floy Kenyon Anderson, was very concern about the child in my case. She listen to me and then she listen to what the child had to say. The child like the out come and she said she wants me to tell her Thank you for taking my side. She love the weeks too weeks. Floy Kenyon Anderson may not give you want you are asking but in the long run she makes the right choses for all involved. Thank you for understand and for all you have done for us. Brenda
She had knowledge of the case as well as the well-being of the child and relationship between each person that was associated in the case.
She was assigned by the court to be Guardian at Litem in a custody case but could not tell when children were not telling the truth did not go to the judge when 3 months after the ruling she found out the custodial parent was living back in the unsafe environment the judge in the Shirley took kids out of Floy did not bother to alert the court she only wanted to find the custodial parent so she could get her money she did not care about the kids enough knowing the environment they were in.
This woman was a total waste of money and handled our case exceptionally poorly. I wouldn’t trust her to put in the effort or have the wisdom or honesty or intentions needed to do well for all involved. She was the guardian ad litem during a custody dispute and seemed to feel she knew best for our child after barely any discussion with child or parents. She was hard to get ahold of, not on top of setting the necessary appointments in the timelines needed, and twisted the truth. Her words held a lot of weight in our case and it was absolutely shocking that someone who didn’t scratch below the surface in the slightest still felt qualified to weigh in (very prematurely) already on a very complicated situation. Shame on her. She should retire, as she is misusing her authority. My attorney agreed as well that Floy had not fulfilled her role properly whatsoever. If she is hired for your case, please do not trust her to have integrity.
I am so thankful I chose a profession, RN, that brings healing and hope to the world and not the anguish and despair this woman has brought into mine. Thankful for the 14 years I spent in the Navy for a country that offers the opportunity to choose. The family law system is broken and seeks to divide families, not heal them. Floy Kenyon offers everything to the highest bidder and the least effort required. I never got the opportunity to meet her, still had to pay the $1000 for the 10-minute phone call. And I did not have a choice that she was assigned to be GAL. Had I been afforded (or even offered) the opportunity to sit down with Floy, I can assure you things would be so much different. Things would be whole, not fractured and drowned in tears as this disgrace has left my family. Shame on you....I speak your deeds into your life. May this world soon bestow upon you the waking nightmare you brought to mine. You can find a better attorney. Cheers!
Ms Kenyon was supposed to be the guardian for my grandson but she failed in every way possible. She never made the visits she was supposed to make. She has not followed through with the court order and we are still unable to see him. Her only concern is who is lining her Pockets at the moment. I wouldn't recommend her to represent getting a cat out of a wet bag
She is more interested in charging 150 dollars per phone call and who has the most money other than where the child should belong according to who has taken care of said child up to that point. Poor people that can still take care of their kids have no chance if she is appointed. She had my fiancee locked up because we couldn't afford the deposit for her involvement. We had a house fire which put us in a bad spot. But we lost. I would like to say more but this won't let me.
Court appointed her for my son -for 2 years I called to get her to contact my son -visit,call letter etc. She never contacted him or released herself from tje case nor ever returned any of my calls. They transported him for his hearing -5 days transport and he had no representation.
Communication with this attorney is obsolete. She will never return phone calls and avoids you at all costs.
