Review’s seem to be the go to these days so I would like to put credit where credit is due ! First people please understand that these are attorneys they have many many many other cases . I want to speak on Ms Samantha Nelson. I did not have the same experience with her as others because the level of service that i received was above and beyond. If you want an attorney to not take no for answer, an attorney who will rebuttal everything, an attorney who fought no questions asked AND WINS ?
She never remitted the remainder of my retainer and would not respond to any questions after the divorce was final.
I feel much sympathy for anyone who gets stuck with Samantha Nelson as guardian ad litem. She is the most horrible, hateful and vindictive person I’ve ever seen and she will do whatever she can to cause a client harm if she doesn’t like you. And I don’t think she likes anyone. She will lie and make up anything she can to hurt someone. She thinks she’s smarter than people much more educated than she is. Cruel to the core. If anyone mentions her name to represent you…RUN! Because she will try to ruin you and your child’s life.
The biggest b-tch I have ever met in my life. She deserves to be taken off the bar. She is the most unprofessional liar and does not have the best interest of anyone at heart. I dont really think she has a heart to be honest.
