Ms. Galloway was very friendly (at first), but it became very clear she either did not know the law or did not care about following it. She was hired by my family to assist in my father’s estate. 10/10 would not recommend! She didn’t actively help the process (we did it all! Paperwork, phone calls, emails, you name it) but still managed to have over $5,000 of charges barely halfway into the probate claim period. Payouts of pensions were delayed by months because of her misreading or simply ignoring what the Will said and giving incorrect guidance. Assets were sold well below market value for no reason, and she simply put no effort into trying to help locate missing paperwork for other assets. In short, she made a difficult process even more so because of her incorrect information and the lack of effort she put in.
Horrible experience she is rude, does not want to listen. Does not follow up after stating what she will do. Has no empathy after trying to get a deed and a will completed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! BAD ATTITUDE!!!! She told my mother she would send documents to complete what we discussed and she did not. When my mother came to the office and let me mention she just lost her husband and she was trying to settle business. This person was rude, and hostile towards my mother.
Pilfering, dishonest, abuse of power. As a GAL she was biased from day one, not open to hearing me and ensuring that I would be cast in a bad light. She misuses her power to the detriment of children.
