Im sorry I dont know the attorneys name who called me BUT This man went above and beyond to help even though he could not!! I tried to hire him BUT he was out of my area. I did not pay him he held TRUE to his word and researched attorneys in my area to help me.MY ONLY REGRET was I could not retain him. This law firm is what attorneys everywhere should be like. My current attorney took me for 6500.00 dollars. If you want a firm who keeps there word THIS FIRM HAS PROVEN THAT witout charging me. THANK YOU for being a caring human being!!! We were very pleased with Mr. Summerfield. He did a great job getting the case dismissed without prejudice. He was always professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Our calls and emails were always answered in a timely manner.
First off Mr. Dandurand and his team at the GDS Law Group,LLP are a lighthouse in a storm and, yes this is a real client of his/theirs. I just want to be clear about that, due to the illusive nature of this world. A issue that had to be delt with was put in front of him and his team. Law is a scary, complicated and confusing subject that most don't understand but, this team does. This is message is coming from a individual that does not hand out compliments easily, and to him and that team, thank you.
I used Nick for a custody hearing, mind you I gave him 8 days to get ready for it and not alot to work with but what i did give him he utilized very very well and the outcome was great. I got custody and for him to get a man custody is saying something in itself. Best money I ever spent.
Bob answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was very pleasant. If I ever need legal help, I know I have an attorney for life. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
I have been blown away by the level of service and skill that the attorneys in this office possess! I am always surprised when leaving the courtroom because the attorneys are not only skilled, but they communicate with each other and their clients very effectivley. When I came to them I was nervous and honestly terrified of what the outcome could be but their confidence allowed me to feel at ease and their conduct in the courtroom proved that their confidence was justified.
Robert Summerfield was extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and biased. Emailing family members of the client mentioning personal information, that had nothing to do with the case, as an excuse to not accurately defend the client in court. Lacking compassion, understanding, and respect for client and family members. We had to demand a new public defender.
