I had received Nicale as a public defender I’ve had quite a few attorneys and really I wouldn’t recommend someone who’s more professional determined to do right by you as a client. I saw her do more than so many and it was clear that by the way she carried herself and her actions she means to go the extra. She was punctual when it came to appointments and meetings. Yes she can be stern but it’s because she cares and wants to see how you are as a person honestly if I’m in Madison county and need an attorney first go to right here period! That’s a fact!
She handled everything in a very timely and friendly matter. She helped to ease our fears and make us comfortable. She treated us with the utmost respect! She explained everything in a way that even the most simple person could understand.

I wouldn't recommend nical rector period. I hired her to be my attorney she was paid in full 6 months before my trial and then a month before my trial she put in a motion to withdraw and I got none of my $3,500 back. And never got an explanation as to why she put an emotion to withdraw or why she refused to give me back my money if she never did anything to help my casse.
My family member felt degraded and judged by this attorney that was hired to defend him, hard to believe that people in these positions can get away with behavior like hers !!
