In short, this guy is a terrible attorney. He’s disorganized, missed filing deadlines file the wrong documents, And even made an authorized offers to the opposition. He did not seem to read the information we provided and was almost always unprepared in court. It almost seemed like he was colluding with the opposition, ( not oppositions attorney, the opposition!) Who he spoke with regularly, sharing our legal strategy so she could be better prepared to beat us.
Woofter is an IDIOT and a walking disaster area. Wastes time endlessly shooting the bull, but no legal strategy or actually getting anything done. Results in high billable hours, but no results.
Spent hours talking with my ex, even made her offers I had specifically told him I did not agree to! (Don't want my mind to go there!)
He does not read email, cannot seem to keep an assistant and does not return phone messages. Misses deadlines and looses documents.
