They are extremely patient and comforting to deal with, especially when dealing with the loss of a loved one. We came in to administer my father's trust and the guidance and service we received was just wonderful. I really appreciate the work Roberts & Associates did for me and my family.

Mr. Roberts and his staff are so professional and friendly. My husband and I had a trust set up with their office and they made it a very simple process for us. They made sure we understood everything, took their time to educate us and gave us many helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend James . Roberts and his staff to anybody who needs a trust.

Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
