Hired Attorney

Brett is an expert in retail securities issues and also a good litigator for securities claims. He is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable attorneys in the area of retail broker-dealers and FINRA and SEC issues. Very difficult to find Brett's level of expertise in these areas.

Working with Brett was an absolute pleasure and blessing, but the complements don’t stop with me – we were involved in a complicated case that involved multiple defendants and attorneys and I received compliments from the other attorneys about how well of a job Brett was doing for me and how it was also helpful for the other defendants and attorneys. I would imagine that kind of third-party endorsement is quite rare, but in this case well deserved.
